Chief Financial & Operating Officer for The De Curci Trust

We require an ambitious, well-qualified and highly motivated candidate with the expertise to lead and develop the non-teaching services of the Trust, taking into account the possibility that the Trust may expand over the longer term.
The purpose of the role is to provide strategic leadership, management and policy development for key services including human resources, finance, estates, administration and information technology. The post will involve evolving staff structures to ensure that service delivery is as effective and efficient as possible.
In addition, the CFOO will lead, develop and maintain sound operations of financial, accounting and business policy/practice across the Trust. The post-holder will be a senior leader who will contribute to the educational vision of the Trust to promote pupils’ learning; s/he will work under the direction of the CEO.
There may exist some flexibility with respect to the start date for the right candidate. The Trust is committed to the professional development of its staff; induction and on-going training will be supported, as appropriate.
